This apartment is a wonderful base for staying in London. People who work there are responsive and attentive. The place is close enough to London City Airport as well as restaurants and supermarkets. I truly enjoyed the place...

The location was absolutely amazing for the event I attended, and the apartment was mind-blowingly spacious and beautifully designed. The meet and greet service was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The place was mostly clean, and I loved having access to free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and all the kitchen essentials like an electric kettle and cookware. The on-site car park was a great convenience too. The area was nice, although a bit distant from shops, but that didn't bother me at all. my stay was jaw-droppingly fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more!

Free WiFi. well, at least that's the one thing that worked in this disastrous apartment. The pool and sauna were a nice touch. for those brave enough to go near them.
Who needs a clean apartment anyway? Leftover food, broken shower head, and hidden WiFi box.

The apartment at Khayat Homes is a total gem! It has everything you need for a comfy stay, like a fully equipped kitchen where I cooked up some delicious meals. The bedroom was cozy, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the private pool and balcony with a garden view made me feel like I was in a tranquil oasis.
The only thing I didn't love was that the apartment had only one bedroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would find it perfectly fine!

The location was excellent, especially if you are attending an event at the London Excel. It's a nice and spacious apartment, which was a big plus for us. The meet and greet service was great, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
There were a few cleanliness issues, with items left behind by previous guests in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment could get quite warm, so having a fan would have been helpful.

I absolutely adored the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel's decoration. The vintage furniture and beautiful floral patterns reminded me of my childhood home, bringing back lovely memories. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. Additionally, I was thrilled to find that the hotel was equipped with ramps and handrails, ensuring a safe and accessible stay for older guests.
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have more comfortable seating options in the common areas. As a senior woman, it would have been wonderful to have cozy chairs or sofas where I could relax and socialize with other guests.

Free WiFi available, but couldn't even connect to it. Nice balcony, but too cold to use the pool. Sauna sounded great, but was out of order.
Oh, and let's not forget the lovely surprise of someone else's food in the fridge. Classy.

Free WiFi was available, although I had to go on a treasure hunt to find the hidden WiFi box. The apartment had a balcony, private pool, and sauna - perfect for a posh lady like me!
Oh, how lovely it was to find someone else's food in the fridge and a shower head that didn't work! Such attention to detail.

I recently stayed at Khayat Homes - The Canex - One Bed and I must say, the location was excellent for my visit to the London Excel. The apartment itself was nice and spacious, providing plenty of room for me to relax and unwind. The meet and greet service was also great, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as a shower head that didn't work and finding someone else's food in the fridge, these were overshadowed by the positive aspects of my stay. The apartment was mostly clean and in a nice area, albeit a bit distant from shops.

The apartment had a cozy and homely atmosphere, making us feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals and enjoy them together as a family. The private pool was a great bonus, providing hours of fun and relaxation for both the kids and us. We loved waking up to the beautiful garden view and having our morning coffee on the balcony.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV a bit small for my liking, but I understand that others may still enjoy it.
